“Thaler provided this high-value program to select clients and friends of DHR Communications. It was a great success, with participants evaluating it as, ‘uplifting; fascinating; thought-provoking.’ One political leader said, ‘I found the new perspective on how to ask questions in a way that elicits stories to be really valuable, as well as the challenging perspective on how we need to have an awareness of the power differentials within our own teams.’.” – Catherine Heaney, Managing Director, DHR Communications, Dublin

Reveal Wisdom – Only by asking for stories can you tap the value of your organization’s richest resource – your employee’s knowledge, your institutional heritage, and your customer’s experiences.

Gain Otherwise Unobtainable Insight – By asking for and listening to stories, we hear things we discover possibility and pathways to innovation.

Accelerate Trust & Productivity – By listening to stories, we glean insight into complex people and foster connection.

See Story From a New Perspective

In this practical program, you will learn why asking for and making sense of stories is a vital component of communication. And you’ll learn how to efficiently and ethically find engaging and insightful stories. Through replicable techniques and useful exercises, you will develop a new appreciation for how asking for and listening to stories drives understanding, alignment, and ambassadorship.

You are invited to join this special online gathering and to actively participate and engage. Come to listen, to learn, and to share your questions and your stories.

“Leadership is so often about guiding people, guiding a business, creating a positive corporate culture. Helping empower people to have the confidence to share stories, and thus share meaning, values, and purpose is a positive advantage of your program in every area of life. I now find myself connecting with others more easily, be it in social networking, professional development, and areas of leadership.”
